This photo shows the D-A-M Units installed(since 1992) in the machine room at the Central Heating & Cooling Plant for the municipal center for the City of Virginia Beach. These HVAC systems have stayed remarkably clean and the tubes in the chillers and in the boilers have not required rodding since the D-A-M Units were installed. Savings have been and continue to be SIGNIFICANT, especially since the initial cost of the D-A-M Units is their ONLY cost.

Descal-A-Matic Copper/Silver Ionizer Units are a companion to the D-A-M magnetic water treatment Units. The Ionizers kill bacteria, algae, legionella and other hazardous micro-organisms simply, effectively and inexpensively. The Ionizers emit ions of copper and silver into the water at approximately 1/6 of what EPA allows for potable water. These Units replace the need for chlorine, ozone and other oxidants and at significant savings. Whereas those oxidants evaporate into the atmosphere and are lost, the D-A-M copper/silver ions remain in the water and over time build up a residual.
